Collection 01 is the debut furniture series by T Black, born from years of interior architecture, material exploration and a desire to create pieces that feel both refined and effortless. The collection draws from Italian design sensibilities, the enduring textures of Rome, the carved stone forms of Florence, and the warm, lived-in elegance found in everyday Italian spaces.

Each piece looks to exaggerate proportion, softened forms, and balances sculptural presence with relaxed usability. The collection is designed for real living, daily rhythms, low sun afternoons, and quiet moments of stillness.

Developed thoughtfully over time, there are combinations of brushed metals, richly veined stones, tactile fabrics, and softened silhouettes. The work reflects a creative evolution, in moving from client-led interiors into a more personal design language. It is shaped by observation, travel, family, and the belief that design should feel warm, grounded, and intentional.

  • Every piece is made with care, and we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. All purchases are covered by Australian Consumer Law, which means you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your piece has a major fault. A major fault is one that makes the piece unsafe, significantly different from its description or sample, or unable to perform as intended. For minor issues, we’ll organise a repair or replacement within a reasonable timeframe to ensure your piece meets our quality standards.
